Mikayla Umin created CRU and became a certified agency owner in October

2024. Mikayla has a background in a variety of settings including Cleveland

Clinic Center for Autism, Autism Personal Coaching, Adult Day Program,

Home Personal Care, Public School Settings, Behavioral Health and Home

Based Therapy. Mikayla graduated from KSU with a BA in Psychology in

2011 and has taken all that she has learned to create CRU: Community

Integration Services for those who seek community connections. Mikayla is

married to Mike and together they have 3 children: Finn, Arlo and Moxie.

The Umin’s also have 2 dogs named Penny Lane & Kylo, & 2 cats (Maxwell and Moné).
